Our Vision and Values

Cavendish Close Junior Academy is an inclusive school where diversity is celebrated. 

Our aim is to create a positive and respectful school culture in which staff know and care about pupils in an environment that they feel safe. 

Our ethos - encourages children to develop to their full potential and succeed as 'ACE' individuals who can 'Aspire, Collaborate and Experience.' We reward pupils for their effort, achievement and good behaviour allowing them to be 'Safe, Respectful and Engaged.' Alongside this, we provide equality of opportunity and promote high standards in all aspects of school life. 

Our values - are underpinned by fundamental 'British Values' and the Harmony Pledege character competencies of:  resilience, problem solving, compassion, co-operation, aspiration, confidence, effective communication, motivation, tolerance and honesty. 

Our vision - at Cavendish Close Junior Academy is that we want our pupils to 'Believe, Achieve, Succeed.'  We are proud to be part of The Harmony Trust.  Its core aim is to raise attainment for all pupils regardless of their starting points.  The Harmony Trust has the highest aspirations for its pupils, parents and staff members.
